Marketing automation is putting technology to work in support of your existing and future marketing strategies. I pair those strategies with the appropriate tech tools to consistently implement it while investing the minimum human time and energy.
Of course, there may be places that need some manual intervention or that you’d rather manage personally… but let’s make that a choice, not a necessity.
I work with people in a variety of small businesses who see the value in building systems and processes to provide strong frameworks for their operations. They’ve got consistent revenue and some marketing efforts already in place… they’ve moved past the “getting it off the ground” and are squarely in “it’s working but I know it could be better… easier… less time consuming and more systematic” stage of their growth.
I’m highly-trained and have a whole lot of experience. But I don’t know everything and there are some things that are better left to an expert in a specific arena. For those situations, we can turn to my extensive network of trusted resources who are specialists in many different areas. You can work with them directly, or let me manage the process of achieving those particular goals for you.
Without knowing exactly what’s in your systems currently and what might need to be replaced or upgraded, there’s no way for me to answer that accurately. When I start working with you, the first thing we’ll do is decide together what to automate first and create a timetable for that. Then we’ll continue to prioritize over the course of our engagement.
That’s up to you. If you have a team in place who can manage that maintenance, I’ll provide you with the documentation you need to continue keeping the system up to date. We can also discuss whether it makes sense for me and my team to manage this for you.
Your project can be as big - or as small - as makes sense for your budget. You may have just one system that desperately needs my attention, or you may need an extensive review and overhaul. Once we’ve talked and you’ve shared your current problems and priorities, I’ll be able to build a plan and pricing to make it happen.
